Manitoba's wheelchair curlers are on their way home from the National Wheelchair Curling Championships in Ottawa.
The West Kildonan rink of skip Chris Sobkowicz, lead Effie Loubardas, second Richard Dudek and third Dennis Thiessen ended their tournament with a 7-1 page-playoff loss to Ontario - coincidentally the only province they were able to beat.
Manitoba finished with a 2-6 record, after recording a 2-4 round robin.
Manitoba's two wins came in the first two days of play with its pair of victories over Ontario.
British Columbia eventually captured the national title with a 4-2 win over Alberta in the final.
